head bolt help please
i have a blown head gasket. i need new head bolts but cant find them anywhere localy. i can have them ordered from napa but woulnt be here till next friday and i need the car done by friday.

i called honda and they were no help so now im on the estore and trying to figure out which i need to buy. when i go to cylinder head, heres all of what i can get
bolt, flange (6x50)
bolt, flange (6x35)
bolt, flange (8x80)
bolt, stud (8x38)
pin, dowel (10x12)
bolt, stud (8x25)
pin, dowel (8x14)
pin, dowel (10x16)
pin, dowel (14x20)
bolt, flange (6x18)
bolt, flange (6x30)
what do i need
btw the engine is a d16z6
any help would be greatly apreciated

You dont need new headbolts to change a head gasket, unless you messed up the threads. Honda head bolts are not stretch bolts and are also not recommended by Honda to be replaced. "Its in the manual" I replaced my head gasket 2 months ago and reused bolts and no problems. Don't waste your money. I would however replace the valve steam seals while you have the head off. My .02
