my car has been showing code 41 for heater wire and im trying to fix it, when i unplug the o2 it shows the same code, could my wiring be bad or the o2 sensor or even a bad ecu, car shows the code no matter how i wire the o2 sensor

and does anyone know the wiring from 1 wire to 4 wire i an obdI car. ecu is p75 and im trying to figure out how to wire the o2 sensor
