Can I run a wire from the o2 sensor directly to the ecu. If so which pin in the ecu is the o2 sensor on. Ecu is pm6(CRX Si)

I just so happened to be looking at the wiring diagram for an EF when I read your post, C16 is the pin you want (applies to DPFI and MPFI OBD0). And yes, you can wire it directly to the ECU....do a good job soldering it and be sure to heatshrink or tape over the connections good.

is your o2 sensor bad? you may replace it first if you havent.. so as to avoid creative wiring.

i replaced it with a new bosch, got code returned the new one for another new one, got code

did you reset your ecu each time you replaced the o2 sensor? i.e. pull the power to the ecu so the stored o2 sensor code goes away?
