Default not the normal idle issue? please help!

now i dont have the normal idle issue here like everyones use to hearing about. my idle problem is that i changed tb's to a 68mm .i started it up and got it to idle fine. then i drove it to see how it was running and it started to get stuck and slowly climed to about 3500. now im thinking ok maybe the cable is to tight causing this problem but nope. the cable is loose the set screw is fine and the idle control screw is open aswell. next i check the tps and swapped it out for my original one that i was using before. (the 68mm was used and had a tps already on it) so i swapped it and it still did it. what else can i try???

Is the throttle body dirty, preventing the idle plate from fully closing? Is the throttle body gasket not properly torqued or seated, causing an intake air leak?
