Default Can't Find Timing Mark....

I just finished swapping in an H22A1 motor in my car but I used my old H23A1 crankshaft pully with the motor instead because the crankshaft pulley on the H22A1 motor has a huge crack on it. When I when to check my timing with the timing light, I wasn't able to find the timing mark on the H23A1 crankshaft pulley and the motor. So I was just wondering if anyone knows where the timing mark on the H22A1 is at? Or is that since Im using the H23A1 crankshaft pulley I wasn't able to see the timing mark. Any help would be very appreciate it....

The timing mark is on the flywheel. There's a little hole to the left of your exhaust manifold, on the tranny.

where the tranny meets the block right above where the lettering h22a1/r is located you remove the rubber grommet and look for the white timing mark on the flywheel and align that while looking through the alignment marks on the right side.

however make sure you get the right mark at there is a 5* mark and then some red marks, then the right mark.

So these alignment mark is that right side of the motor but does it locate on the plastic cover or the pulley? Does the H23A1 crankshaft pulley have any alignment mark? Last time when I went and look for with the timing light I couldn't find the alignment mark on my H23A1 crankshaft pully.

Did you just read what we posted? The timing marks aren't on the crank pulley but on the flywheel. Look right were the tranny bolts to the motor. You'll see an engine code; H22A1 for example. Right above that there's a rubber plug that you need to remove to see the flywheel/marks.
