Default blown headgasket/oil ring gone?

but is changing a blown head gasket and oil rings gone an easy cheap fix?
what does he mean when he says oil control rings gone?
is that a hard fix?
bcus im really getting tired of sharing my current EF hatch with my brother.
so what better than having two EF's!?

should i buy i have 400$ right now,200 for car and 200 to fix this car.
=]

should i buy or will i fail in time?
please please please,help me.
really need another car.

I don't include headgaskets in the category of "easy fix." If you have the know how to rebuild or replace the engine, then I guess I would say go for it. Otherwise, find one that runs.
