b16 head question

Default b16 head question

i broke one of the camshaft holder bolts i was trying to drill it out but i started drilling into the head itself..will it still work or do i need a new head?? My friend has an LS head will that work??

no point of using a non vtec head. take it to the machine shop and see what they can do

ok then its still sitting outside my house it sucks with no ride...can i swap the internals of the head to another b16 vtec head...

but if you use a GSR head you will need a GSR intake manifold.

I say take it to a local machine shop and see it it can be fixed.

I dont know any one who has ever done a VTEC delete other than using the TODA kit, but look at what goes into bolting a B16 head to an LS/CRV block. Can it be made to work, sure. I don't think it is going to be a simple "bolt and go" affair. Just my $.02

alriht ill have a machine shop look at it so looks like im gonna take it off now then see what happens..
