Default very rough and low idle, dies after gas is applied

92 civic
B16a
i just got it running lastnight and this morning i replaced/fixed everything the CEL was on for
there is no CEL anymore and when i start it the idle is very rough and when i give it any gas it dies or starts to bog and tries to die
i figured it was either timing or the TPS so i adjusted the distributor and that didnt do anything.. i adjusted the TPS to .45v at closed throttle and 4.45v at WOT and the car wont start when i adjust it to .60v it starts but runs like crap
the coolant is all bled out
is there anything else i can check or adjust or do to try to get it running correct?
please help me

Pull the valve cover and make sure your crank and cam pulleys line up correctly. one tooth off will do what you're describing

Yeah check your timing belt n make sure it's not off.

Your TPS looks good voltage wise, unless there is something wrong with the potentiometer inside, the only way you can really check it is with an O-scope and looks for dead spots on the resistor.

Check your spark and fuel as well make sure things are good there and your not getting any type of a misfire, again an ignition scope would help lol

let us know what happens with it!!

I had the same problem before. Ended up being the fuel pump after i checked everything else.

well i replaced the fuel pump.. my fuel pressure and volume are good..
still dont know what it is.. leaning towards the EIAC? maybe? but that wont cause a rich condition wich im getting.. along with the rough low idle.. wich leads me to the MAP.. any input would be great thanks..
oh no MIL either

Have you checked the crank/cam timing?
