wont go into 2nd, or 3rd at high rpms.
just got back from the track and i kept having a problem where i would try to shift into 2nd and it wouldnt even go in at all, it happened when i was goin into 3rd or 4th too one time(cant remember) it never does this and ive never had a grind or pop out problem.
it would go in on the 2nd try when i eased it in you could say.
could it be my engine rocking to much and i need a etd? or that im throwing it into gear to fast/hard?
trying to figure out the problem and dont wanna take it to the dealer.

Most of the time that I see this with a known good transmission, it's due either to drivetrain movement caused by broken mounts, or to a ham-fist driver not timing the clutch pedal stroke properly.
You should have just bought a used car and saved yourself the additional cost of the 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty then . . .

make sure you are pushing the clutch in all the way when shifting and make sure the pedal is to the floor before you try to shift. also then the tranny gets home from racing youll prolly have to fight to get it to go into gear. Just let the car sit over night and tomm just drive it easy.

If you paid extra for the warranty, why wouldn't you utilize it. Just make sure you don't tell them you were at the track or your 100k warranty instantly expires.

After I installed the ETD, 3rd gear went in a little more easily at high rpm, except when cold.
2nd gear still refuses to go in at anything above 6k, unless I alter the way I clutch/shift. (Clutch longer, shift later, allowing rpms to drop)

all they do is read the ecu, and make judgments on the readings about what you did.
im almost certain he hit rev limiter at the track. even if you hit the neutral limiter it picks up in the ecu.

yep. i think it was not having the clutch all the way in anyway. it wasnt even on consecutive runs. it did it probably on my 3rd and then on the 5th run. last 2 i didnt have a problem and ran even quicker.
i learned that even if you push it halfway and you think its all the way engaged because the gear changed over without a grinding noise, it still can grind at such a degree that you dont hear it. this happened to my friend who thought he can get away without pushing the pedal all the way to the floor. when he changed his tranny fluid, he had metal shaving all over his magnetic drain plug. and about a couple months later, the tranny took a huge dump. so bad that it broke the case and had 1st and 4th gear out on the road.
i was tryin to get it to do it again the past 2 days, hasnt happened, probably was my dumbass not pushing the clutch all the way in. its not notchy at all either
