I have been experiencing a problem with shifting into second gear for a while now. I can shift into second gear fine in low RPM's until I have driven for 20 mins or so then it will start to have a problem engaging. It doesn't crunch at all it just wont engage in high RPM's at all. There was been a few lucky times where it will engage at high rpm from 1st to 2nd. Downshifting from 3rd to 2nd gear is perfectly fine at any rpm, only 1st to 2nd has given me problems. Is this my sychro that needs replacing?

2nd gear likely needs to be replaced. It's a common issue with the K series.
