SHIFTING PROBLEMS!!!!
When I take my RPM pass 5.5 and shift quick my third gear grinds a little. Also, at anytime i shift to 5th gear my 5th gear would also grind a little. Unless I hold the clutch down for like 3 seconds and then put it in 5th gear it'll go in okay. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!? I know its not big of a problem but its annoying me! Maybe cuz i got a 1st gen JDM B16A in a EM1?!? PLEASE HELP!

Re: SHIFTING PROBLEMS!!!! (JDM B16A)
Then when you find time, replace your synchros. Synchro mesh will be a bandaid for your problems, but you're going to need to replace them at some point.

Re: SHIFTING PROBLEMS!!!! (JDM B16A)
Before you go and replace your transmission or your synchros, work on your quick shifting technique. I used to have EXACTLY the same problem you are describing.
The problem wasn't my trans, the problem was I was too jerky shifting into third.
You can shift really quickly, but smoothly, instead of HARD. A lot of people make this same mistake, trying to shift too hard into gear because subconsciously they associate quick shifts with HARD shifts, like you see in the movies. Work on your technique. My third gear never grinds now, and neither do the others, and my shifts when I'm racing are extremely quick. You'll get it down with a little practice, just like I did. Good luck.

dont delay, fix it today!
GM synchro mesh will help, but you might also want to think about just regular oem *****... works great also.. but if you already have oem, get synchro mesh..
