Default type r pistons or turbo??

i was think of all out integra type r piston internal ect. but spending 2 grand rebuilding my motor and only making bout 7 more hp isnt good so i was thinking about doing a b16 head with civic typer pistons ect. that would supposely raise my compression to 11.5:1 instead of 10.8:1 with integra type r. i wanna keep this thing safe to turbo someday. i really wanted to just just turbo it in the first place ive never had a turbo and it sounds hella fun but then agian the guy at the shop im getting this done at said we should rebuild it with type r pistons or so its built to hit 9k then save a little more and he said we could get it chipped itr cams, and vacf i really wanna make good power and smoke those god damn hicks in thyre deasels but i wanna do the typer cuz he said after we were done it would lower my mileage dramaticly... let me know everyones ideas

Either way, with increased demand for power, you'll have an increased demand for fuel and have worse mileage either way.

No. Not true at all. My friends 600whp B16 EG gets about 25mpg city, and that's WITH 1600cc injectors.

im just asking would raising the compression sound more logical or boosting it then i would jeopardize reliability im going to be doing a lot of driving in the next year so would a b16 head with ctr pistons be any fun or will i need other **** to get the "FULL" affect lol
