Cluster MPH! broken!

Got a 99-00 SI Cluster...everything works except the MPH. Anyone knows how to fix this problem? I check my speed sensor and it's not that because my stock cluster works fine.
Also tried on my friends car...same thing....fuse? LMK

umm its broke at the pin and if fixed prob wont be correct. buy a new one
