i have a 94 honda civic hatch CX model. i swapped in a d16z6 and i want to get the apexi ws2 exhaust system but it dosent list the cx in the cars that are compatible with the exhaust. Are they just talkin about the 8 valve motor or is there a difference in the bodies?

It's because the stock exhaust of the CX is different, but the car is the same. The '92-'95 CX and VX have the cat attached directly to the exhaust manifold in front of the engine, rather than after and below it. So as long as you're using an Si/EX, DX/LX, or aftermarket header, then it will fit fine.

 

yea u just mite have to modify the connection up front..but the bodies are the same..it'll fit fine..just coming off the manifold/header it mite have to be slightly modified which is no problem for a muffler shop
