Default problem at low rpms

searched and can't find anything, and also been trying to figure out this problem. Well, first of all, it's a prelude with a f22a1 motor, and when u start the car it doesn't really sputter, or idile just drops, or sounds like the car is bogging, and when im driving in every gear, around 2k-4krpm(not sure exactly wich rpm) car will sputter or has a bogging sound, then it goes away, after..can't figure out why. checked plugs and wires, and they're still good, but one more thing, the person i bought the car from mod he's ignition coil, he took out the one inside the dizzy, and use a msd blaster coil 2, and i can't find the 2 wires that goes inside the dizzy for the interanal coil even the one connects to the harness, but he ghetto riged it into one of the harness..could that also be the main cause?

youre ganna experience lots of issues with dumb ***** ghetto rigging things just to go the cheap route. i'd remove the ghetto rig and return the setup to what it should be.

Does the sputter go away when you give it throttle

I'm having that same problem right now and my car is completely stock. I took it to Honda and they seem the think that the egr ports in the manifold are clogged. I'm going to put different injectors in tomorrow to see if that fixes it before I have Honda clean the manifold
