Default Misfire/Popping at WOT?

Ok guys here's the run down.
Its a fully built GSR boosted.
Car runs fine outta boost but when you go WOT it will start to pop and misfire. It doesnt loose power completely but doesnt wanna push through it and I honestly dont wanna try to. I have replaced plugs, plug wires, coil, cap and rotor. When the car starts to pop my A/F still looks fine so I dont think Its going lean. And now to throw a loop I borrowed a friends coil when I switched it out and he has not put it back in his car now his car is doing the same thing through vtec. So sounds like it could defninitely be the coil but what would be causing the car to keep burning up the coil if this does sound like the problem.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Is your distributor missing the inner cover?

When the high voltage that builds up inside the coil is not grounded for any reason, the coil will have a short life.

fuel or a timing problem would be my guess... my z6 does this but it's also running no 02 sensor so it's rich as **** all the time kinda expect it to...

Yea I hear ya. I finally figured it out today.. Thought she might be blowing out the spark so i tightened up the gap to about .028 and she seems to be running good. Thanks for the suggestions guys! As of right now problem solved.
