I have a 96 jdm civic SI 4dr...its got 86k kilos on it and is in great shape, its power everything, navigation, backup sensors, etc...but today I drove it to school with the AC on. When I go to leave about 5 hours later the climate control for the AC/air lights don't light up and none of the button work and the air is on full blast and its NOT ac. I went through and replaced a few fuses that were blown (no idea of they were old or new and no idea what they were for since its in japanese) but still has the same issue...does anyone have any idea?

 

i had a similar problem on my 94 and i took the climate control out and opened it up and resoldered the a/c button and now it works fine. ill find the link give me a second

sorry i kinda just glanced over that. no mine didnt stay on full blast, my a.c button wouldnt turn on.

 

well i pulled a fuse out that stopped the fans from blowing at full blast as a temporary fix but now vtec doesn't engage...
