I just bought a head off a guy who wasn't 100 percent sure what engine the head was off of. He's pretty sure it was off a y8 but is there anyway to tell for sure if its a y8 ? I know you can check the block but in this case it wasnt an option. Any help would be appreciated i can put up pics of it later. Thanks guys.

 

Lol at not knowing what the head is and already buying it. Post a pic up and we will tell you.

 

there is a stamp on the head on the exhaust side that says P08(d16z6 or jdm d15b) and p2t(d16y8)
