Is the CEL ON?

Have you checked the ICM in the distributor?

Does the BLK/YEL wire attached to the ICM have battery voltage with the key in ON(II)?

Does the fuel pump prime?

With the key turned to ON(II), does the CEL illuminate for 2 seconds and then turn off?

How do you know the coil and ICM are good? Does the distributor get battery voltage?

You need a digital multimeter. Here are additional tests that will help you pinpoint the problem:

For Step 6, there was continuity. What do I do since there is not supposed to be continuity? Is the ICM good or bad? If it is good, what is my next step?
