need some input on catch can system
im taking out my stock pcv system and putting in a catch can system (350hp b18b) and im wondering if im going to have to use some type of pcv valve. i want to use one catch can with 2 inlets and a breather. have one hose running to the head and one to the block. i know how to hook it up and run the hoses but will this be sufficient for my setup? thanks
setup has little or nothing to do. im just talking about the system. u dont need to know something about the engine when im talking about something else totally different is. and i know i can benefit from it but does the system work with 1 line to the block 1 line to the head and no pcv valve? that is the question.

no, the line to the block is to relieve crankcase pressure and one for the head is for head pressure. do i need a pcv valve for a catch can system or not?

long, but interesting read. might have your answer in there.

i dont see why you would need a pcv
it should work well as long as the can is mounted higher than the block fitting with a downward line as it will act as both a port and drain
