Cleaning engine

Default Cleaning engine

Is there a certain way to clean under the engine or just spray on the degreaser let it sit and rinse is there any risks to doing this ie messing anything up

just cover your electrical points with a bag or some type of plastic. ie dizzy o2 underhood fusebox .pretty much cover everypoint where electricity meets

take out the motor, strip it down to nothing and hot tank it all....

Use the chemical degreaser, not the ones based on citric whatever. Use grocery bags and tape to hold the bags in place. I used a high pressure hose for UNDER the engine, on top, just regular hose, maybe you can use a brush like the ones for washing tires. Other than that, its pretty much a job based on how strong the degreaser is.
