Do prop valves go bad?

Default Do prop valves go bad?

I would assume they just get dirty from contaminants but that can be cured with a good cleaning and flushing, right?

i dont know think they go bad. maybe cleanin each port with some brake clean then blowing them out with some compressed air

that's what i was thinking, OP if you open one up you'll understand that they're pretty straight forward.
