ex has sunroof oem. dx, ah not so much. not even option cause it would be like the ex anyway, right?...idk but does it sit into the roof level? does it move when u close the doors? thats wat mine did when it leaked cause it wasnt all the way down.
EX and Si had sunroofs. Other trims did not. For '92-'00 Civics in the US it's either a yes or no for each trim. None had it as an option. They were either standard with or standard without for each trim.
Can you take a photo of the sunroof for us? This can help us know if it's really stock or not.
A stock moonroof can be installed in a car that didn't come with one originally, but it's a lot of work. The entire roof has to be cut out and replaced for those cars.
I would suspect clogged drain tubes or possibly a seal. For stock moonroofs I would lean towards the drain tubes first.

well here are the pictures, this thing is really leaking now even after i cleaned the weatherstripping, i think i need new weather stripping. but have no idea where to buy it from
That's aftermarket.
A stock Honda moonroof (at least from about 1990 and up) has a rubber seal on the glass and no seal on the roof skin. The roof skin folds inward to the car instead.
Aftermarket moonroofs and sunroofs have a seal on the roof skin because the installers just cut a hole in the roof and it has to be protected by something.
You'll probably have difficulty finding a replacement seal. See if you can find any names or numbers or such on it. You might be able to figure out who made the kit and order a replacement seal from them.

i did find the one shop up here in anchorage that installed it, i seen that it was aftermarket when i looked up the only name on there, blindex and it came up with donmar sunroofs and there is only one place up here that installs them, so i will be taking it there when they call me back. thanks for all your help NOFX you are a true asset the the community!
