i recieved mine as well, its off for coating work now but i think when i get it back im going to have the collector piece modified for a 3" exit "going s/c w/3" exhaust", have the o2 bung relocated to face vertical and another added for the wideband as well as just having the second piece/exit flange welded instead of just usuing those two bolt's, although having it set-up in two piece does make it easier to remove-reinstall

any dyno numbers just yet?

any issues with leaking from the exit flange?

it seems to be have quality welds and fits like a glove', ill be going back to the dyno in a few weeks to retune and check the a/f', ill post results

Seems like that is extremely close to the fan, and touching too~

get an aftermarket slim fan and your all set, side note you got a bit of rust on the undercarriage of your car...

That's way too close to the fan for my liking!

How much was the header, and who did the exhaust work?

I don't like how the donut needs to be on the test pipe/cat and not on the collector.

Interesting comments. I was thinking about ordering one soon and this post answered some of my questions.

One more question though; does it hamper bleeding of the clutch slave cylinder?

Well, the welds match the header... they are both ugly as ****. I would have waited for install until I got some thinner fans. GL explaining your fan shroud to the next owner.

Nope it's not touching the bleeder, its like 12mm away.

^really? cuz my header is extremely close to my bleeder valve. as in, if I wanted to bleed the system, I'd be kinda tricky to do it

Just want to know how much power is a "- Noticeable power gain".

i trim my fan ... but when you drive it the fan blades get push back more towards that headers more ... mines just nicely molded and shape to the headers after a drive ....

The design of that header does have replica written all over it. My header cost 1330USD, how much was that non fitting POS.

mine fit's fine....yes it requires a trim to the fan..most headers do require this, you can still keep the flywheel cover without modification' or a slim fan eliminates any issue with the fan

notching the stock fan or going to a slim fan is required for alot of aftermarket header's, i dont see the problem

personally havnt tested this header on a dyno yet but from all the dyno's ive seen this header made more power > any tri-y design', im looking forward to seeing how it peforms and will dyno very soon, time will tell

yeah these headers work beautifully i used a magnflow highflow cat but before that for good measure i put in a flex pipe and after that a stock jdm type r exhaust it sounds nice not to loud and just enough for a good sound havent had a problem with it yet had it for about 3 months mine was all welded on i cut the collector off just to the point where the o2 sensor .

i read up on these before and they were saying these headers are meant for people who want to keep there ac but if you want to install this you have to put skinny fans fal makes them the price is about 350 i got them and they clear the header perfect
