so here lately ive noticed this slight rattle..not slight..a very substansial rattle coming from my exhaust.
it only does it in first and second and when i have my car in reverse.

when i take off it honeslt sounds like my whole exhaust is going to fall right off.
and it continues thru second but after 2nd its fine.

it doesnt rattle when its idling, or when i have my foot off of the clutch.. only when im letting off of the clutch.. it jerks then rattles.

and progressively its getting harder and harder to get my car to want to go into reverse.. i kinda have to talk gently to it.

i know this isnt normal
but i have no clue whats going on.

so if anyone could help thatd be awesome.
