i changed out the intake manifold to the skunk intake manifold. it doesnt have the spot the sohc fitv sensor.

im curious what you guys have done to keep the fitv working?

i have seen someone mount it on the fire wall but how does it get plugged into the i.m.?

anyone with even a better solution?

 

google the install for it...my h22 one had vacume lines that ran to the intake from the valve and I had to extend the wires.

 

so if i understand you correctly...

only one hose needs to be connected and that will still work?

i assume ill just need to close off the back of the sensor.
just curious, why does the back even have on opening if i only need on end to be connected?

 

isnt the fitv on the throttle body and not the intake

 

i believe that is the map sensor.

i does look like that would fit there.

..unless im wrong.

 

fitv attaches to the bottom of the throttle body

 

i dont see where it would attach. there is no spot on it for that. i was able to attach my new map sensor on the top of it.
