Default d16z6 obd1 into 99 civic obd2 (ej6) HElP!!!

Okay i have a problem. i swapped my d16y7 out of my 99 civic. in its place i put a Z6. My problem is that the engine starts but idles rough after it warms up. It aslo misfires. I have done the following:

ckp bypass trick
3 wire iacv to 2 wire iacv
bled the coolant
checked spark plugs and wires

I think that maybe i didnt connect all the vacuum lines right. As for the misfireing, im going to check my timing. Could someone who has done this swap please post pics of where all the vac lines are connected. all suggestions are apreciated. thanx in advance

If a vacuum line was not connected, then the idle speed would be high. Are the plug wires and fuel injector connectors plugged in the right order?

I think you should inspect the cap and rotor, and the mechanical and ignition timing.

Is the CEL ON?

Others should be able to tell you whether you need a different ECU.

Your IACV wiring seems to be wrong as indicated by the code.

Did replacing the O2 sensor fix the code?

Here's the plug wire order in the distributor cap:
