Dizzy wiring confusion?
Hey guys I've got an issue with my dizzy that I'm wondering if any of you guys can help me solve. So here's my problem I'm swapping in a 95 Gsr into my 99 CX ek hatch. I have everything hooked but here's my issue the Gsr dizzynis obd1 and my ewh is obd2b so the obd1 plugs is two plugs and 9 wires and the obd2b is 8 wires only and 1 plug, so than I went and grabbed the two plugs I needed from the junkyard for the obd1 distributor. Now I rewired the second plug with the two wires that I needed one wire was the rpm tach blue wire and the other is a black yellow wires that I cut from my obd2b distributor plug and wired that up to the other wire. So than i just clipped my obd2b plug onto the obd1 dizzy plug and it plugs right up but I ain't getting no spark anyone know why that is and what could be the solution to my problem?

Re: Dizzy wiring confusion?
if you have the obd1 dizzy it plugs right in to the engine wire harness. the only wire you have to run from the dizzy to engine wire harness is the black wire with the yellow line on the two pin plug. splice that one to the 9 pin dizzy plug from the engne harness. cut and forget about the blue wire. is no need
