What kind of radiator/fan combo are you running currently?

Is it the stock short radiator? I was having this same exact issue and my issue was airflow to the radiator. Not sure where yours is placed but mine sits like "\" that in the engine bay. I used some door kickplates from home depot to direct airflow to it and that solved everything.

easy fix, air wasn't blowing through the radiator like it was supposed to, instead it was just blowing past it. he went to home depot and got something to make basically a large air scoop to get more air to go through the rad. instead of around it.

Located what where? The aluminum kickplates came from home depot, I just asked an associate where they were and bought a couple plates. Than I bent it to shape going from the tbar to the radiator so that the air passing through the intercooler would go directly into the radiator.

What kind of fan are you using? Have you bled the system recently? Have you looked into an aluminum radiator like the Mishimoto or Fluidyne? I am picking up a Fluidyne for extra assurance.

There are plenty of boosted B-Series cars running our civic half-sized rad. Pair it with our aluminum fan shroud and you should be running cool all summer

Its just poor airflow. I had to pull my car off on a couple occasions to let it cool down. I would never shut it down to cool it off, just let it idle and it would cool off.

If you wanted a properly fitting radiator you could try the full race one that is designed to work with their traction bars. I wish Mishimoto would make one *hint hint* as it would be a cheaper alternative, but our space is so constricted that I just worked with what I had.

You say you have a slim fan. I use a spal 13" fan used as a puller and made a shroud out of abs plastic to pull everything off of the radiator. If it is just sitting on the radiator it will pull air from everywhich way and not work to its potential.

I should have built everything up around the cooling system instead of making the cooling system work around my need for speed.

I run a Z6 by the way with 90 integra radiator hoses cut to fit. I used them because they are a larger diameter.

Thats what I thought about mine at first. I was fully prepared and have a spare headgasket in the event it does go bad. I went through just about everything, pressure test, leakdown test, compression check, 12 or so quarts of oil, a few jugs of coolant. Finally I ran with that and it seems to have solved everything. I would pick up an aluminum radiator if you have not yet.
