Default Bogging and misfiring, what seems to be the problem?

Okay well this morning when I started the car It started up fine but soon after it idled rough, I let it sit for a bit and it idled and would misfire from time to time. It seemed to me like the car wanted to turn off. I drove it around a few blocks and it would jerk, and bog down pretty hard.

I checked out the injectors to see maybe I wasn't getting the correct fuel but they seemed fine reading at 12 on all four. One thing I noticed is one fuel injector has alot of build up around and a rubber seal ripping. I also decided to change the fuel filter since I never changed it on this car and that didn't help.

There is no CEL so I don't really know where else to start looking. How do I check if the spark plug wires are good?

Running a chipped ecu and the engine is a 95 gsr I'd really appreciate any info.

Check out the spark plugs, spark plug wires, dizzy cap and rotor. Make sure they're in good order.

how do I test all those out though? I know I can pull them off and look at them but how do I know if they are actually working.

Definitely start here.

If the ignition components are fine, next check the mechanical timing. The timing belt may have slipped a tooth.

Yeah I kind of thought to check them out, any way to test them? Or should I just go down the line replacing them.

Inspect the plugs, cap, and rotor for wear, damage, or corrosion. Measure the resistance of the plugs.

Since its to dark to go out and check the car I just pulled the plug wires and tested them inside. OHM test reads

Plugs / Readings
4 ---- 3
3 ---- 4
2 ---- 5
1 ---- 6

I can hear some clicking when I turn the car on, so it has to do something with the ignition right?

When you have light, inspect the plugs, cap, and rotor.

Okay so I checked everything and the spark plugs looked pretty much done with, I went ahead and bought some spark plugs and wires (local auto store didn't have cap & rotor) and changed them. The car now runs great, thanks for helping me out guys!
