Does any one know how i can remove the throttle body sensor off my 94 integra 4dr there is nothing i can think of.... and if i do get them off where to find new ones thanks really need help any 1 thanks
the tps has the flat rivits on it correct. if im picturing it right what i usually do is when i have the tb off is take a cut off wheel and cut slices in to the rivits so that you can use a flat head screw driver to un screw them. thats my .02
Take some pliers and twist the outside of the washer for each of the awkward rivet/stud things holding it on. This breaks them loose just enough to be able to twist them out with your fingers. Make sure that you replace them with actual screws.
There are a couple of offerings for aftermarket throttle position sensors. Personally I have about half a shoebox full of used OEM ones that I pulled out of junkyards five or six years ago, but getting a new one is probably a better idea. Don't forget to adjust it properly.

Hey,
You can also take a small punch and center punch the washer to give you a spot to start drilling without slipping around.
Then take a 1/4" drill, or slightly larger and drill the head off the screw.
Remove the head and TPS, then take a small set of vise grips and screw the remaining screw out.
I think they might even be M5 x 1mm screws.
Good Luck!
