im looking to find a pin diagram for a 0bd2 p28, also a p2p just to see the similarity

 

They both use the same pinout, as far as I can tell they're identical ECUs (they're both for the D16Y8) Before someone says OBD2 P28s don't exist, they do, in the '96 - '97 Del Sol Si. Pinout for all OBD2A civics and integras is shown below

 

i have seen this diagram before and did exactly what it said to do for the pinout and switch but the car idled ruff and had a cel for the map sensor, im trying to hook up a vtec on a mini me on a obd2 97 civic dx

 

the block is a zc and the head is z6 with a y8 intake manifold.

 

You probably swapped the TPS and MAP sensor connectors. They are the same style connectors. People do this all the time and get exactly what happened to you. I'd swap those connectors and see how it runs.
