Busted piston rings
if your car is burning oil and it is smoking your ring are done, also could be a bad valve seat ,are you turbo are nitrous those are a good stock motor destroyers
you will feel power loss....compression test is key to telling if there are blown rings...usually a white smoke will come out too....but dont just rely on the smoke....it could be from valve seals, headgasket...lots of stuff, so do a compression test, it takes 5 minutes and it will tell you....depending on what compression your running you will be able to tell if you have a blown cylander...

My motor is pretty much stock so I am going to do the compression test.
