clutch/flywheel help
just installed ah fidanza flywheel and a act clutch. i have bleed the clutch slave cylinder a million and 1 times. with the car running i cant get into any gears. the fork is not traveling enough when i push in the clutch pedal. help anybody
Sounds like you don't have any pressure in the clutch line. What I had to do to mine when I swapped in a manual tranny and started with no pressure at all in the line, I had to pump the fork by hand to finally get some pressure back since the clutch pedal wasn't moving it at all. So bleed it like normal, but pump the fork by hand instead of using the clutch pedal.
i built my engine so i upgraded the clutch and flywheel. there is some pressure but the clutch pedal feels very loose. i have to push it almost half way down before i feel any resistance. the rod from the slave cylinder is moving but not enough to move the fork to where it needs to be. about a 1/2 inch shy.
