Default 2000 ex turbo idle and wiring

so this morning i finished my turbo install and eveything to my suprise is running very well.
WITH the exception of my idle, sometimes the car idles at like 2k, and then sometimes it raises to 2k and then drops down then raises then drops ect. hmmm all sensors are plugged up, and the kit came with a black box wich hooks up to the map sensor, ive verified that there are no wiring flaws or misakes with my wiring.

also i need to know which wire is the park negative wire, and what wires the turbo timer actually hook up to. its one combined unit that came with the kit, but those wires are the only thing not hooked up?

Surgine idle can be a cause of vacuum leak, air in coolant, or IACV.
