MAP+Turbo=idf
ok i have a 2000 civic ex, running a gt28bb turbo kit from a company called "turbo specialties", the kit included a little black box that wires into the map sensor wires, i can drive the car fine without issues... until i come to a long stop and let it idle. the idle rises and falls or idles to high, or if im lucky the CEL comes on and my idle raises and falls fastly and grandmas and soccer moms think im revving at them, im pretty sure it has to do with the map sensor, the car has no vacuum leaks, or boost leaks, and idled without any issues before it was turbo'd i repeat, HAD NO PREVIOUS IDLE ISSUES, do i need this little black box, the car is only running 4lbs of boost, and thats all its gonna get
dont tell me to search i did, im posting this topic here cuz no one replies to topics in the forced induction section
I am familiar with turbos and related, however i never turbod a NA car before so i am learning from this so any help would be mucho apreciated

knowing what the CEL code is will help in troubleshooting the problem.. It could be the IACV, IAT, MAP, anything. OBD2B on that car, knowing what EMS that car was tuned on will also help with troubleshooting.
