Well I saw this in here and in the pic you can see a vortech kit but whit a blow-off instead of a bypass valve.... Wouldnt it had to Open Whit both vacuum AND Positive pressure to Work properly ?

I dont see How a simple Blow off valve could prevent ''Surje'' ? What did i miss ?
