Default Valve on top fmu

I have a procharger fmu that has a valve that is on top where the vac line goes. It screws in and out. Does anyone know what it is for?

for adjustment.. kinda like a manual boost controller, but you adjust the vac signal for 10:1-12:1 or whare ever you need to be at for you
