noob boost ?
can't find any info on the specific questions so here i go. 10 psi on the a stock b18c1 100+k, will it be ok? tune with a pherable chip ecu or however you spell it, t3/t4 don't know what trim. let me know what you all think.
I was thinking samething.....
I think before you start throwing any boost at your engine you have some researching to do so you know the fundamentals of whats required to boost your engine. Or..just run 10psi on your Phearable basemap and take a chance on fuc**** your engine...and seeing how you have a GSR..i'd hate to see that.
Setup on OBD1 and get your ECU Chipped and Socketed and Tune on Crome,Hondata,Neptune,ECtune, etc.

.... first of all 10 psi.... on an SC61 .... would be a lot differnt than 10 psi on a baby turbo........ second of alll a phearable chip is a basemap for you to start your car so you can therefore TAKE it to a tuner.... and no fuel mods = boom..

READ! I posted that yesterday..thats just a few options. Of course Hondata is an ECU in itself.
Toss the VAFC idea IMO. And the chip..dude you just mentioned that yesterday in your original post which was the Pherable. Good grief.
is there a place(s) that you guys recommend getting tuning stuff from? sorry for sounding like such a noob which I am. just want to get things right the first time hopefully. thanks for the help or suggestions

I know the Hondata is an ECU within itself but i'm not very familer with it so I don't comment on things I don't know about.
