Default Chipping an ECU?

Here is my setup.. Jdm B18C SIR-G with stock OBD1 P72 ECU. I have CAI, S2 IM, DC Headers, 2.5 Cat Back exhaust, LSD, CC stage 4 strip/street clutch, and 9lb flywheel. Since the GSR mani runs on dual butterflys and i am running the S2 IM whichs runs single butterfly my question is. Should i get a chip from Phearable.net and if so where should i set my Vtec and 2-step. Or is chipping my ECU pointless? or what suggestions do yall have?

i would say get it from phearable.net. i've heard a lot of good things from them and they will tailor the basemap for your set up. although you don't have to i would go to a tuner and get it custom for your set up unless you're going boost soon in which you can just run on the basemap until you get your turbo

i am not going turbo anytime soon. i mean i want to and could but the wifey doesnt want me dropping 4G's on a complete kit with everything right now. So you think i should be good going through them for a base map chip and getting someone to put the chip in for me. Where should i set my VTEC and 2step laugh control at.

well the laugh control starts in church, when the preacher farts and your not supposed to laugh.

That aside, just buy a hondata ECU, its easier than chipping and shizz
