You know in order for you to recieve help..we need to recieve details and information that you didn't specify.

-What Car?
-What Engine?
-Did this just start happening one day or what?
-You say your fed up..so I assume you have been messing with it for awhile now..what have you checked so far?
-CEL?

Details man...details....

Code 41 is an O2 Sensor if I remember correctly. But a bad O2 Sensor won't keep the engine from starting.

-Is the Fuel Pump priming when you turn the ignition switch to slot 2?
-Since you just put this engine in..Check all your main underhood grounds(Valve Cover to Radiator Support, Tranny, Thermostat Housing)
-The engine needs 3 componets to run(Fuel, Spark, Air as I am sure you already know) so make sure your getting those, Of course Air is the least likely to be an issue.

If your only getting the 41 CEL Code then your other wiring should be good. I am not that good at diagnosing problems so if I think of something else i'll holla at you.

check fuel pressure, at the rail, if you can check injector duty cycles.

Is the mechanical timing of the cam and crank off by a tooth on the timing belt?

Their is Actually 4 Things a engine needs to run, 1-Compression 2-Spark 3-Fuel 4-Timing and no **** air. you need to check compression and see if your sealing that head good. and make sure what ecu you should be running with that combo.

this is what scares me the most...that belt has too much play in it....ive redone this process like 5 times....belt will not get tight enough to where im not nervous...
