How do you Remove the cam gear cover?
I have a B18b1 and I'm wanting to remove the cam gear cover. I took off the top half so far but i was wondering how the bottom half comes off and what do i half to do to take it off. And there's still the back half on the head and the engine how do i take that part of it off??? Can any one show me pics or show me how to do this??? Thanks for your help ! I don't like how that cover looks I just wana take it off. I think it would look much better with out it.

You will have to remove the timing belt and cam gears to get the rear cover #7 off. #3 upper middle cover just comes off after removing the bolts. The #1 lower cover comes off after you remove the crank pulley.
I would highly advise, though, that you keep the covers in place. Your timing belt will most likely wear out faster and possibly break before the 90K replacement interval. You also run the risk of road debris getting up in there and damaging rotating components.
