Plug Tubes or worse?

All 4 plugs soaked in oil, none on the tip though.

Am i right in thinking this is just the plug tube seals? Compression is equal.

looks like plug tube seals to me

Definitely the tube seals.

Just removed the rocker cover and the seals do look a bit perished.

Another job to add to the list!
