Default What's consider high for fuel pressure?

I have a Walbro 255LP and my fuel pressure gauge reads around 45psi. Would this be considered a bit high or ok? This is with a stock FPR, vacuum line still connected to FPR, and d16z6. I'll be running emissions soon and just wanted to know if this was considered high as the manual stated around 39psi.

I see so many stock at 45 that I consider it the standard. You'll be fine at 45, the fuel pressure regulator (stock or otherwise) will account for the high-flow pump. I've been okay on stock FPR with Walbro 255 pump for 2 years thus far, D16Y8 and D16Y7.
