Default D15B swap and a code 1

ok so i just got done doing a swap and i got a code 1. i'm running a P06 ECU. I had no issues with this ecu on my D15B7. i swapped in a P30 ecu and still have a code 1.

kinda stumped with this issue

Probably bad O2 sensor or wiring.

o2 sensor is brand new, and i used the original wiring harness. i havent added vtec wiring to the car yet, nor am i using a vtec ecu

Have you used a multimeter to check the O2 sensor wires for continuity and voltage?
