Ouch man, that's pretty bad. You need to get that right rear fixed up ASAP.
It's also odd that you had toe out on the left side, but toe in on the right side, unless the steering rack was not centered before they started? If not, then
on whoever did that alignment.
At this point, your car is going to "crab walk" as you try to drive straight, which can cause tire wear issues all around.
Also, you do not need a camber kit. Besides tire wear from the bad rear thrust angle, you should not have any other tire wear issues up front with those toe settings.

And I can kind of feel the crab walk while driving and the steering wheel "feel" is really crappy and occasionally a little tougher to turn, but I presume that is from caster being off?
As far as steering rack being centered, I'm sure if probably wasn't centered becasue my brother(Chevy world class technician) and I did this but we rushed through it just to get some rough numbers and see what's up. He works on Chevy's so the Honda world is like him doing carpentry work, and the Honda's have no adjustments anywhere except for toe.

waiiit a second, I just noticed the negative caster, which means the knuckle is tilting forwards when it should be tilted backwards slightly towards the rear of the car. That is bad news and can make a car handle pretty poorly. How did it get like that? Do the wheels appear pushed backwards in the wheel arch at all? Has the car been wrecked?
I know that the drivers side appears to be pushed back but not sure about the passenger side.
The car was in a slight little dinger which was on the passenger side front that called for a new fender and hood. But, I don't think it was enough of a impact to mess up the structural integrity of the passenger side shock tower, but I could be wrong on the strength of a Honda.

Dood your caster is hosed. Either both lower control arms are pushed way backwards (likely), or the upper control arms are somehow pushed forward (unlikely). You are gonna want to go get the frame checked for straightness at a body repair facility. The forward LCA mounting points are part a large subframe that may be bent as well. Unfortunately the rear LCA mounting point is directly fixed to the chassis. If the chassis itself is damaged, it will be up to the frame shop to decide weather or not the car is fixable...
Is it possible someone else drove your car without you around?...
