ok so i swapped a d15b into my ek hatch using a uncut 97 civic harness. i have all the conversion harnesses needed to make the swap w/o cutting wires, so i know the wiring is fine. the guy i got it from said the distributer didnt have a O-ring but when i took it apart it did have one. but basically im just wondering if these are symptoms of a car thats ignition timing is off. it wont respond to opening the throttle body and revs up and down at idle by itself. let me know what you guys think... thanks.
