Motor stumbles after reving

Default Motor stumbles after reving

stock 92 dx d15b7. when i start up the car it idles fine but if i do a quick rev it it revs up fine then on the way back down it sounds like its gonna die but then idles fine, is this normal. just changed the plugs and oil. could it be timing?

might be timing alignment or ignition timing

EDIT: i think my b16a does this too, i redo my timing alignment TDC and ignition timing, then adjusted the idle control screw a little and it helped.

I put some seafoam in my car and it seem to have taken care of the problem

yep, could be timing or something wrong with the throttle body
