Default Subs only work when on the radio, not when a CD is in??

So when on the AM/FM radio my subs work, but when I switch to CD they turn off. Very confusing, I believe the only reason that causes this is the stereo is broken. Do you guys come to the same conclusion or do you have a solution? It is a Panasonic.

The only reason that I can think of right know is that you have the antenna and the remote lead mixed up. I think that there should be a blue and a blue/white switch it around and see if that works.

X2 or some head units have the option to disable the subs. Does the amp actually turn off or do the subs just stop?

x3 this is the problem, you have the blue ant rem wire running to your amp instead of the amp turn on, remote wire, working at shops for years i have seen this TONS of times... its a common mistake...
