Default 15" Wheels that *will* fit over Spoon Caliper without spacer

I know the stock wheels do, along with SSRs.

What other 15" wheels are confirmed to fit over the spoon calipers without spacers? Just seeing what kind of options I have.

The twin block spoon calipers will work with 15's which were intended for dc2s. The mono blocks only work with rims 16's and bigger which were intended for nsx, and s2k spec. But the monoblocks means bigger rotors, and pads as well.

With the ITR setup, twin will be more than enough for your needs.

Didn't even realize this thread was back from 2002. If 16's clear monblocks, then they would clear the twins.

+42mm clear Spoon calipers. I have heard of people using spacers, but dont know the details on size etc. I just go relative rim sizes as a reference, but I have heard sometimes the wheel design such as spokes/offset etc have alot to do with the clearence. Maybe someone with personal experience will chime in.

Wow, talk about an old thread.

There is another Spoon caliper FAQ thread floating around about what 15" wheels will fit that is much more detailed.

this guy? i believe his type c's are 15x7in, +38 offset and he is not running spacers
he also has a set of 15x7.5in, +43 offset type c's that do not require spacers either
